Be it the Chicken Biryani or the Mutton Biryani, the Lucknowi or the Hyderabadi or the Muradabadi.

But for Vegetarians, there is simply Veg Biryani and that too not certified by a nonvegetarian.

Ingredients for the Paneer Biryani

INGREDIENTS FOR PANEER MARINATION

CURD- 1 CUP
SALT- 1/4 TEASPOON
GARAM MASALA POWDER- 1/2 TSP
CUMIN POWDER-1/4 TSP
DRY MANGO POWDER-1/4 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER-1/2 TSP
RED CHILI POWDER-1/2 TSP
GINGER-GARLIC PASTE- 1 TBSP
PANEER CUBES- 300 GRAM

OTHERS INGREDIENTS

VEGETABLE OIL- 3 TBSP
ONION- 3 THINLY SLICED
CORIANDER LEAVES- 1 TBSP CHOPPED
TURMERIC POWDER-1/4 TSP

INGREDIENTS FOR RICE

WATER- 2 LITRE
CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TEASPOON
CARDAMOM GREEN- 3
CARDAMOM BROWN- 2
CLOVES- 4
BLACK PEPPER- 1/2 TEASPOON
CINNAMON STICK- 1/2 INCH PIECE
BAY LEAF- 2
SALT- TO TASTE
BASMATI RICE- 1.5 CUP WASHED & SOAKED
RED FOOD COLOR- SMALL PINCH
MILK- 1 TBSP TO DISSOLVE THE COLOR
KEWRA WATER- 1 TBSP
GREEN CHILI- 2-3
CORIANDER LEAVES- 2 TBSP FOR TOPPING
