INGREDIENTS FOR KEEMA SAMOSA FILLING

  • VEGETABLE OIL- 2 TBSP
  • GINGER-GARLIC PASTE- 2 TBSP
  • MINCED MEAT- 250 GRAM
  • RED CHILI POWDER- 1/2 TEASPOON
  • CORIANDER POWDER-1/2 TEASPOON
  • TURMERIC POWDER-1/2 TEASPOON
  • RED CHILI FLAKES- 1/4 TEASPOON
  • GARAM MASALA POWDER-1/2 TEASPOON
  • DRY MANGO POWDER-1/2 TEASPOON
  • SALT- TO TASTE
  • WATER- 50 ML
  • ONION CHOPPED- 1
  • CORIANDER LEAVES- 3 TBSP
  • GREEN CHILI- 2 CHOPPED

INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH

  • ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- 1.5 CUP
  • NIGELLA SEEEDS- 1 TEASPOON
  • VEGETABLE OIL- 2 TBSP
  • WATER- TO KNEAD DOUGH (DOUGH SHOULD BE TIGHT)
  • VEGETABLE OIL- FOR DEEP FRYING
