How to Make Your High Protein Chicken Diest Delicious

We all know chicken is a great source of protein, if we talk numbers, 100 grams of Chicken Breast has over 25 to 30 grammes of protein.

This is why it recommended by almost every Gym Trainer. Have Chicken, it’s the way to building lean muscles.

But that doesn’t mean you should plan to have Butter Chicken every night in your dinner.

But it shouldn’t mean you eat tasteless chicken either. In this post, I’ll show you a recipe that is delicious as well as healthy.

It’s Pan Fry Chicken with some Mushrooms & Broccoli because you need some veggies to feel fuller.


Chicken 300 grams

Curd 1/2 cup

Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp

Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Chaat Masala 1/2 tsb

Lemon 1

Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp


Take the chicken and marinate it in all the spices mentioned,

keep it for 3-4 for marination

Heat the pan with Vegetable oil and fry chicken, then cook covered for 15 minutes.

Take it off on a plate, then heat another pan with some oil and saute all the veggies, adding pepper and salt.

You high protein Chicken Pan Fry is Ready.
